At T. S. Ganges in Holyhead, personal development and new experiences are what they are about. Situated close to a stunning harbour, in Holyhead on Holy Island to the west coast of Anglesey in North Wales, it is perfectly located for outdoor adventures both off and on the water.

T. S. Granges in Holyhead is an accredited training center for the Royal Yachting Association and provides instruction in a wide range of RYA water-based courses and British Canoe Union qualifications including ………

Young Sailor Scheme, National Sailing Scheme, Power Boating, Keel Boating, and Kayaking.
They have a wide range of crafts such as Toppers, Picos, ASC’s 32ft Keelboats, Bosuns, 27ft whalers, 24ft Chevertons, and rigid inflatables.

Other outdoor pursuits include hill walking, rock climbing, and abseiling, instruction in Day Skipper and Yacht-Master courses, diesel engine maintenance and RYA first aid.
Courses are residential with food, equipment like buoyancy aids, climbing harnesses, helmets and spray suits are provided by the center.

Pictured above are Craig Steadman and Paul Williams holding the TS. Ganges Open Bosun Trophy they won for the N. W. Area Sea Cadets in September 2003. They also took part in the Sailing Regatta in July 2003 in Rochdale in a Bosun dingy and went on to the National Regatta in Scotland where thy achieved a place in the top 5.
